Tiffany Osman
Board President
Tiffany Osman lives in the Cheat Lake area with her husband and two young sons. She is a Regional Vice President with Equitable Advisors. Her goal in the financial industry is to help existing clients and hire/develop financial professionals who help their own clients. She has a passion for helping people and is proud to be a part of the Scott’s Run Settlement House community. Tiffany is an active member of the Cheat Lake Rotary and holds the current title of Programs Coordinator. She enjoys being a Co-Den leader for her oldest son’s cub scout den. Tiffany is originally from WV and moved to the DC Metro area after graduating from WVU. After 16 years away, she is back and loving life in WV. She enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, singing, and soccer.

Stephen Belcher
Board Vice President
Stephen Belcher is originally from Welch, WV in McDowell County and moved to Morgantown in 1988. Stephen serves as the Director of Networking and Telecommunications for WVU where he works to ensure the mission of the University. He became involved in SRSH while looking for families to adopt for Christmas. After learning of the many ways SRSH helps families with food insecurities, he wanted to give back to the community by serving on the SRSH Board. In his spare time, Stephen loves to travel, cook and spend time with his family and two dogs.

Allyson McKee
Finance Board
Allyson McKee lives in Westover WV with her husband Clark. She is a graduate of West Virginia University and the University of Pittsburgh where she majored in Zoology. After several years in Virginia while Clark served in the military, they returned to Morgantown where they have been for 50 years. They have two children, Lisa and Sean, and three grandchildren.

Steffi McClintock
Board Member
Stefanie McClintock was born and raised in Germany and moved to West Virginia in 2010. Since then she has been working at Mylan in various roles and is currently based out of their Canonsburg office, where she is managing global projects as a Senior Global Project Specialist. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal studies from Hans-Boeckler Schule in Frankfurt, a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Management from UOP, and a Masters of Business Administration from UOP. She has a passion for cooking vegan food, running, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Kate Nichols
Board Member
Kate McDevitt Nichols lives in Morgantown, WV with her husband, her daughter and two dogs. Her passion is food and believes strongly that no person should ever be without it. As a part of the SRSH Board she works to bring awareness to the food insecurity in our community by managing the social media and website. She spends her days working as a GM for a Bourbon company and her nights working on her start-up, getting her MBA and whatever her family needs.

Mark Double
Board Member
Mark Double has served on the board at SRSH for five years. He retired from West Virginia University after working 41 years in the Division of Plant and Soil Science where he worked with fungi and viruses. Mark is a member of the Suncrest United Methodist Church where he sings in the Chancel choir, helps with vacation bible school and oversees the church's Thanksgiving basket program for SRSH. He has been an active volunteer at the Morgantown Correctional Institute, Board of Prison where he leads bible study and mentors inmates one-on-one for six months prior to release.
